1. Download app
Download the Swiss Bankers app from the Apple or Google Play Store.
2. Order card
Register in the app with ID/passport and order the card.
3. Add credit to your balance
Add credit to the (digital) card and get started.
Travel insurance with the Travel Card
If you are unexpectedly unable to start your trip, your costs are covered – for example in the event of illness, accident, pregnancy complications, or unforeseen job loss of an insured family member.
If you have to start your trip at a later date for an insured reason, we cover the resulting cancellation or rebooking costs – for example in the event of illness, accident, or sudden job loss.
If you have to unexpectedly interrupt your trip or return earlier, unused travel services as well as additional return travel and accommodation costs are covered – for example in the event of illness, accident, or a family emergency.
Your baggage is protected worldwide: in the event of damage, loss, or theft, we cover the repair or replacement up to the agreed maximum amount.
Baggage delay and baggage damage. If your baggage arrives late (from 4 hours), we reimburse essential replacement purchases such as clothing or hygiene items.
In case of damage, loss, or theft, baggage insurance also applies.
